Julio is a Mortgage Associate at Centum Home Lenders. After years of experience as a finance manager in the automotive industry, Julio joined the mortgage space in 2024 to further serve his community!
In his position, Julio is responsible for ensuring clients get the mortgage approval and product they deserve, and that they are matched with the right lender. He serves as the first point of contact for borrowers, and understands the impact of a reliable mortgage professional is irreplaceable.
Julio made the transition to the mortgage industry so he can continue his pursuit of helping people in the real estate world. Whether he is walking his clients through the home buying journey, or working with a home owner to consolidate debt, he is perfectly suited to make his clients’ lives easier and help them enjoy the results of their hard work!
