Meet the Team

Chatelle is a Mortgage Associate at Team Cloutier Mortgages. With three years of experience in the mortgage industry, she is excellently set up to handle document processing and client concerns. 

As a Mortgage Associate, Chatelle primarily works alongside Joline Cloutier,  providing smooth experiences for clients and handling behind-the-scenes paperwork and support. Working with all types of home buyers, Chatelle loves the opportunity to help clients meet their financial goals.

Growing up with a father who is an architect sparked an early passion for real estate and housing in Chatelle. Her hands-on experience purchasing properties, combined with her Mortgage Associate license, gives her the perfect combination of skills to serve clients.

Chatelle’s favourite part of her position is helping first-time home buyers and making a difference in clients’ lives. Whether she is working to help a client secure their dream home, or providing solutions to ease financial concerns, she enjoys the feeling of having such a positive impact.

Chatelle is excited to be part of a team with a positive atmosphere and a commitment to helping clients. The ability to provide and receive team support, as well as find the right solution for a client, provides Chatelle with a sense of fulfillment. Her determination to learn and grow in the mortgage industry makes her an invaluable member of the team!
